How many hours prior to departure should I check in?

All international flight needs to check in at least three hours before the departure of the flight.

What is the Visa Waiver Program and what are the requirement ?

Any passenger travelling under the visa waiver scheme you will need to apply for an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) prior to travel. This applies to UK passport holders along with a number of other countries.

What is my Baggage Allowance ?

Baggage Allowances are mentioned in your Electronic ticket. Besides, checked luggage and hand luggage has limitation of weight, piece and size restriction. There are also restriction on the liquid and what you can carry we suggest always to check an updated information either from airlines or contact our reservation team.

What is E tickets ?

All the airlines are using E ticket and there are no paper ticket is applicable any more. E-ticketing is a 'paper-less' way to book flights. Once you've made your booking, it's stored electronically in the airline reservation system and in most cases you are not required any E ticket or proof of booking.

When you check in at the airport, just show airline staff a form of identification along with your E ticket or booking reference number and they'll issue you with your boarding pass. A booking reference number (also known as a PNR number, Airlines Locator.   

When Do I have to Pay for My Booking?

While doing booking please ask for the time limit with our travel consultant. Within the given time limit you can pay for your flights, holiday or hotel as booked. You must ensure that the booking has been done as per your request and you are satisfied with the reservation.

 

You can amend provisional reservation without charges. Once you paid deposit and or ticket issued the charges will apply for every amendment. Some time tickets are on special fares and non-changeable, non-refundable. Whenever you do reservation make sure about travel dates and once all arrangements is been done then only pay for your ticket. However we recommended you to buy Travel Insurance to cover cancellation charges in any unforeseeable event of cancellation.

What is your Refund policy ?

Once we received the refund from respective airlines we will refund the applicable money which normally takes

8-10 weeks after the cancellation.
